About Premier Polygraph
Experience and professionalism at every stage.
Joseph A. Meyers, owner of Premier Polygraph, brings more than 25 years of law enforcement experience to his polygraph practice. He currently serves as a polygraph examiner for a large Southern California law enforcement agency and previously served as a police officer and deputy sheriff.
His law enforcement background includes criminal investigations, patrol, traffic enforcement, and evidence collection. He completed the Basic Polygraph Examiner Course at Marston Polygraph Academy and holds specialized Post-Conviction Sex Offender Testing (PCSOT) certification.
Mr. Meyers earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from the University of La Verne and holds a California POST Advanced Certificate. His approach emphasizes careful case preparation, professionalism, confidentiality, and impartiality.
Professional memberships: American Polygraph Association (APA), American Association of Police Polygraphists (AAPP), and California Association of Polygraph Examiners (CAPE).
